How do I get a Free Conference Recording account?
Simply sign up for a FreeConferenceCallNetwork.com account and you will be given a dedicated phone number, access code and recording password. Complete instructions will be available when you sign up.

How long will my conference recording be available?
You will have access to your recording for 120 days or until you replace it with another recording. You cannot store multiple recordings in your account. You can also download your recording and store it digitally for eternity.

What formats are available to access my recording playback?
Your recording will be available for callers through a dedicated phone number and access code for 120 days or until the recording is replaced with a new recording. If you would like to playback or archive your recording it is available in a .wav file, as well as RSS feed and podcast formats.

How long will my conference recording account be valid?
The same as a free conference call account, you will need to renew every 120 days. This helps us keep the network even and lets us ensure the best quality for all of our callers.

What’s the catch?
There is no catch, seriously. There are no advertisements to listen to, no quality issues, no hidden fees, no sales pitches, no contracts, no purchases required, no privacy problems, no limitations or restrictions and no surprises. Seriously.

FreeConferenceCallNetwork.com has agreements with the phone company to provide services to phone users. The truth is, if you have a phone line, you are already paying for conferencing services.

Only normal long distance charges by each caller's carrier apply. There will be no bill or charges from FreeConferenceCallNetwork.com for this service.

Is there a limit on how many calls I can make?
No, you may make an unlimited number of calls and have an unlimited number of access codes if you feel it necessary.

How many callers can be in a single conference?
96 caller maximum in each conference with no required minimum number.

Is there a limit on the length of a FreeConferenceCallNetwork™?
6 hours per conference, there is no limit on how many hours you conference each month.

Is this a "Free Trial" or limited time offer?
No, we intend on offering this service on a continual basis. We do require that you reregister every 120 days to purge abandoned accounts and make geographic adjustments to the network.

Are you going to sell my email information?
No. We will send you an occasional email with information about the web site, the services being offered and changes that are made to the network. (See privacy policy at bottom of this page)

Can I use a calling card to call the bridge?
Yes.You may also use 10-10-### services to connect at favorable rates.

Can international callers participate?
Basically, anyone who can dial a US telephone number should be able to dial a FreeConferenceCallNetwork™ number.

Is this a VoIP service or an Internet service using my computer?
No, this is a Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) conferencing service that utilizes your regular telephone.

How many conferences can be stored for one Access Code?
Currently the system keeps only the most recent recorded conference. So if you start your recording a new conference, you effectively delete the previously stored conference.

How long is a recorded conference kept on the server?
The recorded conference is kept for 120 days or until the new recording request is received for the same Access code, whichever comes first.
